In case of any inquiries, or if you do not receive the invitation by the end of June, or if your address has been changed, you are the heir and the inheritance proceeding entry into the land registry has not taken place yet

The approval process of the General Principles of the Functional Arrangement of the Area is currently taking place. They represent a package of measures creating conditions for the fulfilment of the land aggregation goals. Their main goal is the exemption and accessibility of the particular plots - creating common facilities and measures (communication - dirt roads and ecological – bio corridors of the watercourses and biocenter); public facilities and measures (traffic- local communications, public transport depot, water- economy- dry polder, developing location) and the creation of the balance for these facilities and measures (the plot requirements, and who will finance them).
The proposal of the General Principles of the Functional Arrangement of the Area is based on the valid area - plan documentation and the comment - assessment of the State Administration authorities and concerned organizations. It is based on the land survey, measuring the actual state, identifying and setting up the circumference of a particular area being solved. Other aims, studies and projects processed in a particular area, marked as North-western developing direction, are taken into account.
A preparation for the project elaboration and execution has been made, after which the key stages in a form of the Proposal elaboration of the new arrangement in the circumference of the land aggregation project and its subsequent execution will follow. This requires negotiations with the owners on the principles of the new plot placement, negotiations regarding their new plot- placement, setting up the borders of the plots and registration of the project with the Land Register.
